1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept return and refund requests under the following conditions:

A. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives badly damaged, we offer a full refund or replacement.
  • If your order arrives partially damaged (minor scratches, loose threads, etc.), we may offer a partial refund or replacement.
  • For fragile items, we recommend requesting a full refund instead of a replacement.
  • Damaged packaging caused by shipping is not eligible for refunds.

B. Incorrect or Missing Items

  • If you receive an incorrect product, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
  • If the product is the wrong color or size but still functional, we may offer a refund or resend the correct item upon proof of the issue.
  • If essential parts are missing, we will resend the item or the missing part.
  • If accessories are missing, we will resend them.

C. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be fully refunded if canceled before processing at our warehouse.
  • Some customized or special-order items (e.g., Print-on-Demand, pre-ordered inventory, video, and photo orders) cannot be canceled after payment.
